Description

Under the direction of the Vice President of Information Systems (IS) the Data Center Operation Technician I or Application Support Technician I is tasked with the collaboratively ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Network Operations Center of Winter Hill Solutions.
•	Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operation of the corporate Network Operation Center.
•	Responsible for the documentation and implementation of corporate Information Security policies.
•	AST I: responsible for routinely patching applications assigned to Scope of Work (SoW).
•	DCOT I: Responsible for addressing urgent issues in the datacenter.

Qualifications
•	Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or CompTIA Security+ and Network+ preferred not required.
•	Data Center or Network Operations Center experience is not required but worth bonus points.
•	Microsoft Certified Server Administrator or CompTIA Linux+ is preferred but not required.

• Design and implement features based on feature requests as voted by the community.
• Maintain and improve the performance of the product.
• Responsible for responding to support tickets as assigned.

Qualifications
• Must be proficient in programming languages such as PHP, SQL, HTML, and Javascript.
• Must be able to field support questions when developer input is needed.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.
