Description Under the direction of the Project Supervisor, this individual is tasked with overseeing the operations of the support team. • Responsible for ensuring the Service Desk’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. • Responsible for quality control of product documentation materials. • Triages and assigns tickets from the support queue when under heavy volume. • Coordinates the Advanced Testing Program. Qualifications • Proven capability to lead a team. • Keene sense to detail. • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
