  1. Description Under the direction of the Project Support Manager, this individual is responsible for working collaboratively to provide first class support to OpenCAD customers. • Resolve technical issues with in the project’s Scope of Support. • Assists customers in solving various issues. • Produce documentation for the installation, administration, usage, and maintenance of the product. • Gain feedback from customers to improve the product. Qualifications • Previous experience with Service Desk software such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Spiceworks. • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively. • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary. • Strong attention to detail.
